WTI’s work presently spans six Federal Government executive departments, to include the Department of Commerce (U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration), the Department of Defense ( Defense Information Systems Agency, Headquarters U.S. Air Force, Defense Health Agency, Naval Postgraduate School), the Department of Health and Human Services (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention), the Department of the Interior (National Park Service), the Department of Labor, the Department of State and independent Federal agencies to include the Broadcasting Board of Governors and Nuclear Regulatory Commission. WTI proudly supports state and local government organizations to include the State of New York Department of Health, and Arlington, VA - Arlington Economic Development.
As prime contractor supporting the Agency’s Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities, provided big data management and open source/open architecture integration expertise in the effort to synchronize and integrate the planning and operations of sensors, assets, processing, exploitation, and dissemination systems in direct support of current and future operations throughout air, space and cyberspace.
As a subcontractor in support of the Chief Technology Office, implemented a cloud computing infrastructure platform capable of operating in an accredited environment in support the Agency’s advanced concepts, demonstrations, and exercises; integrated next-generation technology into the DoD enterprise for rapid deployment of piloted technology to support war fighter requirements.
As prime contractor supporting the Agency’s modernization initiatives, delivered business process automation and business intelligence solutions; developed a web-based automated information management system which replaced a legacy application to support the daily functions of administrative and management staff.
As a subcontractor in support of the Agency’s international public diplomacy efforts, provided a spectrum of content management, business process automation and business intelligence solutions which significantly increased operational efficiency, including a mission activity tracker used by U.S. embassies around the world to track the effectiveness and costs surrounding U.S. diplomatic events; and a business intelligence tool used to evaluate the effectiveness of international visitor projects.
In support of the Agency’s mission to inform, engage and connect people around the world to further freedom and democracy, WTI provides development and design upgrades as well as new features and functionality for BBG’s suite of mobile and tablet applications in addition to digital media analytics support for BBG media entities and language service divisions. WTI contributed to the development of a global mobile news platform that delivers news and information to people in more than 100 countries in 43 languages on the world’s two largest smartphone and tablet platforms.
As a subcontractor to PricewaterhouseCoopers in support of the Agency’s public health initiatives, successfully helped develop and launch a web-based system on an open source platform - from proof of concept to working prototype to production - which helps public health practitioners identify evidence-based information to assist them with public health initiatives in their communities. The tool, now being fielded, provides decision-making, dynamic content, intelligent search and user collaboration capabilities.
As a subcontractor, WTI provided the Office of Job Corps at the U.S. Department of Labor custom computer applications, software programming analysis, and development, design, customized web page design services to fully integrate and automate the Agency's New Core Financial Management System and the Job Corps Financial Accounting System in order to further the Agency’s Employment and Training Administration mission by enabling distribution of funds allocated by the Congress.
WTI supported the Naval Postgraduate School evaluation of tools to exploit Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (ISR) sensor data and information using Lexical Link Analysis technology and conducted related research regarding the Doctrine, Operational, Training, Material, Leadership, Personnel, and Facility requirements to identify the methodology and framework needed to establish a Program of Record and related Program Objective Memorandum requirements related to this technical evaluation in support of the Headquarters Air Force, Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (ISR) Directorate study.
As managing partner of DigitalMindTrust, an 8(a) Joint Venture, provide scientific service support - to include project management and subject matter expertise - to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration's (NOAA) Center for Satellite Applications and Research (STAR) , Satellite Oceanography and Climatology Division (SOCD) to help further the Agency’s mission to accelerate the transfer of satellite observations of land, atmosphere, ocean, and climate from scientific research and development into state-of-the-art data, products and services.
As managing partner of DigitalMindTrust, an 8(a) Joint Venture, provide financial service support, to include project management and administrative oversight, at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), Office of Finance, to help further the Agency’s mission to protect new ideas and investments in innovation and creativity while remaining at the cutting edge of the nation’s technological progress and achievement.
